In this episode, I am talking to Cassandra McClure about beauty products and a makeup routine for busy moms. Cassandra McClure is a multi-hyphenated entrepreneur in the beauty industry with a passion and commitment to clean beauty. She started out as a model and celebrity makeup artist, and now has her own patent-pending product, Lash Binder™—a tool and method that makes strip eyelash application quicker, easier, and safer. She lives, breathes, and speaks clean, literally.

Cassandra shares her story of how she got into using clean beauty products. Cassandra shares her story of how she was diagnosed with psoriasis and partial vision all within one week. Cassandra learned about using clean products and realized that a majority of the products she was using were not sustainable and had fragrances that could be triggers for other health issues. Cassandra decided to do a cleanse and within 72 hours her vision was restored and her skin started clearing up.

Plus, she gives her tips on a makeup routine for busy moms to get your makeup to look put together in 5 minutes or less.

But before applying makeup, you need to prep your skin to correct blackheads and dullness. This is need to have a base to start and get to know your skin so that you can choose the right system for your skin. Cassandra makes it clear that it’s important to know what your skin needs and loves.

Unfortunately, the beauty industry is not regulated as well as a whole, so you have to take time to do your research on your products. The good news is Cassandra helps cut down the time it takes to figure things out.
